this blend starts with turmeric root 🌿, long considered one of the most effective natural antidotes to stiff, sore joints. fennel 🌱, another key herb, has been used to ease joints and adds a licorice-like flair. we've also added burdock root 🍠, a joint-reliever known for its anti-inflammatory fatty oils.

to round out this blend, we've included citrus 🍊, flowers, and a dash of spices for a delicious, nutritious cup. naturally caffeine-free, this tea is perfect when you're feeling the change in the weather and your joints are reminding you to slow down. 🌦️
