mustard seed works by increasing circulation, opening pores, stimulating sweat glands and helps draw impurities from the skin. eucalyptus leaf essential oil is antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, anti-inflammatory and decongestant in nature. chamomile tea used as a mild sedative, with anti- inflammatory and soothing properties
to use: scoop approx. ¼ cup into muslin bag, hang on your tubs faucet so water will run through it. soak for 20 mins.
ingredients: magnesium sulfate (epsom salt), chamomilla recutita (chamomile) flower, mustard seed, eucalyptus globulus leaf, rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) leaf
