bengal club chai

smooth green tea enlivened w/ fresh malabar spices. peppery & saucy finish

ingredients: green tea, cardamom, ginger, black & white pepper, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg

steeping instructions: 1/2 tsp per 8oz water. mix ½ tsp w/ 2oz hot water at 100°c/212°f, mix vigorously to make paste top w/ freshly steamed milk (or substitute) & sweeten to taste. (try maple syrup or honey)
